Posted 3 months agoDecember 14 th. Criminal court. We can get some popcorn and watch the proceedings. Bad news for A P. He is being charged as a part of a criminal enterprise. (A ring). Which is much worse than individual charges ( I think). Just not sure if he helped. Get evidence on the crew. ? I am guessing he did but not sure **************i don’t think he has his private lawyer. Looks like public defender. Guessing he stiffed the other lawyer or beverly refusing to pay her last bit of savings towards his defense when its an open shut case anyway
| Posted 3 months agoYes, someone sent me the records. The indictment was issued April 2010…. I found it interesting they waited over a year and a half to prosecute and they didn’t move forward while he was in jail for the first round of charges. Something isn’t adding up. I wondered if he turned states evidence. Also he got out of jail for the last round of charges less than a week before all of this transpired.
